• Greeting customers with a smile and respect, write repair orders and estimate the cost of repairs as required.
• Diagnose the car together with the customer and recommend necessary repair or coordinate with the foreman on difficult problems.
• Check and follow up work in progress and be aware of the status of the vehicle in the workshop.
• Contact customers by phone in case additional repair is required and provide information on the status of the repair, Handle phone calls on service matters.
• Check the finished vehicle to see if all the repairs conform to the repair order.
• See to it that the finished vehicle is in order, clean and ready for delivery to the customer. Assist the customer when he arrives to pick up the finished vehicle.
• Scheduling for an appointment for the large fleet incorporates with the company and follow up customers for the service maintenance appointment.
• In cooperation with Reception Head, maintain good customer relations and handle service customer complaints.
• Perform all other functions & tasks assigned or delegated to him by his superior.
• Claiming for warranty approval for the vehicle which came for the repair service under warranty and complete repair work in priority.
• Prepare a daily report to prepare the daily productivity of the work.
