Responsibilities
 Preparation and implementation of HR plan, Training plan and Departmental Budgets
 Review of HR & Admin policies of the company and advise the management of any changes necessary
 Recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
 Liaise with Finance Division and ensure payment of salary, advances, incentives and bonus are paid to employees on time
 Handle all overseas travel including obtaining visa, tickets and accommodation etc.
 Preparation and submission of management reports.
 Liaise with outside institutions such as Labor Department, and other relevant Public & Private Sector Institutions
 Implementation and monitoring all HR & Administration
Travel branch offices (Oman, Myanmar,etc..) to monitor staff related activities, attending visa matters
