Pre & Post Contract:-
- Preparation of all the tender process and drafting all required warranties, bonds, insurances & etc. pursuant to contract requirements
- Establish appropriate procurement strategy, contract strategy for the sub contract works and execute the approved strategies
- Drafting sub-contract agreements for the successful bidder and ensured that the final papers were all drafted
- Managing functions include, but not limited to, Interim evaluation, certification, variation, prolongation claims and other commercial functions & etc.
- Review and monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and forecast progress of activities, deliverable advise project execution team
- Periodic review of contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures
- Coordinate the final close-out of completed contract(s) by ensuring proper resolution of all outstanding issues and/or disputes, manuals, warranties and As-built drawings
- Critically analysis the contractual rights and obligations and recommend precautions to mitigate contract risk and enhance the profitability
- Attending the commercial meeting with the respective stakeholders to resolve all cost/ contract related issues
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which includes but not limited to original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules & etc.
