Projects Overview:
• Construction and to do an internal and external finishing of residential units with approximately 348 Sqm covered area for each unit in Deerat al Oyoun Villa

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Construction Manager/Project Manager
• Initiating the project by documenting the high-level scope of the project
• Develop the project schedule, WBS, and resource requirements for the project.
• Preparing cost estimates for the project and preparing the cost baseline for the project.
• Overseeing and monitoring the work of field staff to ensure the proper execution of the work procedure and quality of work.
• Monitoring Progress against cost estimates, schedule estimates, and preparing reports for any variance.
• Reviewing project cost estimates reports, project schedules reports, resource schedules reports, and forecast reports for the project and ensure that work progressing according to the plan.
• Preparing and submitting IR’s (inspections requests) to consultants.
• Reviewing NCR’s issued by consultants and clients, timely response to NCR’s issued, and implement corrective actions.
• Reviewing reports from site engineers and implement corrective action needed for any delay in the project schedule.
• Preparing weekly project status reports for project meetings and preparing reports for monthly progress meetings.
• Preparing and reviewing bar bending schedules.
• Reviewing of architectural and design drawings for construction purposes and any changes needed to communicate with consultants and clients on time.
• Reviewing of QS reports for quantity estimation and billing.
• Supporting the Project Manager with purchasing, RFIs, and submittals to increase productivity.
• Evaluating the supplier quotations suitable for the project and forwarding them to the Project Manager for approval.

Project: Majdoul Tower Riyadh (57-Level tower)
Project Overview:
• Internal finishing of 57 levels commercial tower building, Floor area for each level is approximately 560 Sqm
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Project Manager
• Initiating the project by documenting the high-level scope of the project
• Develop the project schedule, WBS, and resource requirements for the project.
