• Custom Clearance/Scheduling Delivery and Coordinating with Warehouses: To arrange shipments (LCL/FCL/Air Freight) and map Goods Arrival Notifications and submitting carefully all original Documents to Broker for Clearance and coordinating with Warehouse to arrange required Space. Interacting on regular basis with Warehouse and inventory staff to measure damaged and Short Goods.
• Transportation & Material Handling: Once the material is Cleared or End item is ready to be transported to End User, arranging to receive in Central Warehouse or arranging to deliver material to Customer premises or Project Site respectively. Ensuring POD’s are furnished on time to invoice.
• Contract Administration (Purchase & Logistics): Complying the Contracts essential terms and conditions such as Delivery Time, INCO Terms (EXW/FOB/C+F/CIF/DAP/DDP/FCA etc.) and Payment Terms. Ensuring all SCM related documents (PO/OA/RFQs/AWB, B/L/HBL, Invoices, COO, P/L and L/C Etc.) are in accordance with company and contract Policy.
• Inbound Shipments tracking: Supervising all traffic activities in inbound and communicate around the clock with all parties to keep an updated inbound report, follow up on shipping documents with FTC custom team and internationally with the suppliers
• Warehouse management Managing returns and transfers between stores and warehouse: Creating and executing all transfers among stores and warehouse, processing and Follow up RTV with vendors and stores and maintain a tracking report for all returns.
• Supply Chain Management: Keeping in view the supply and demand chain, making timely reports for Stock and inventory and to present to higher management to make prospective measures. For fast moving items maintaining Stock in order to Satisfy Customer’s urgent and spontaneous requests.
