Duties & Responsibilities

 Create and review the quality plan, containing the project's defined process together with the Project Quality Manager.
 Preparing the Warranty submission for the scope of works.
 Preparing the Method Statements, Inspection and Test plans (ITP), KPI, Weekly and Monthly Report.
 Arrange weekly and monthly Quality meetings with the subcontractor.
 Attending the Main contractor and Consultant Progress Meeting.
 Participate in the site Internal & External site audits with the QA/QC Manager.
 Monitor the workmanship of the subcontractor.
 Invite and conduct the third-party inspections (NDT, pull out test) at the site as per the project specification and prepare the report for the official submission.
 Conducting the work (WIR) and material (MIR) inspection with the main contractor and client.
 Issuing and controlling the Non-conformance report (NCR) for products that do not satisfy the specified requirements.
 Create a Quality Program Plan to highlight the areas of improvement and how to manage them.
 Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
 Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the Site QC inspectors.
 Coordinating with Package Managers and Site Engineers in relation to all related to quality

 QA/QC Engineer – Peekay Steel – India
Work Period: September - 2013 to May 2015
Sector: Oil and Gas Valve Manufacturing
Duties & Responsibilities

 To prepare In - Process Quality Inspection Report.
 Inspection of all fabrication jobs and welding processes.
 To review contract documents to identify quality requirements, ensure the quality system is implemented and maintained, monitor, inspect and report on all finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
 Monitoring and controlling all ISO requirements and documentation through auditors.
 To interact with Customers for the quality inspection of their products. To conduct the Factory Acceptance Test. To make a report of the same and submit it to production department.
 To co – ordinate with Production Dept. for timely delivery of the products to the customer.
 Issuance of the non-conformance report for all discrepancies detected to all process inputs. Monitoring all internal & external NCR, corrective and preventive actions.
