Assist to design the Company Sales Strategy as per the Annual Business Plan.
Develop new customer base as per the Company Sales Strategy and the Annual Business Plan.
Maintain communication with the customers as per business requirements.
Attend relevant committees for businesses as suggested by the Senior Management.
Work closely with the customers providing necessary information of products and services of the Company and represent the Company as First Person Responsible [FPR].
Make Sales Forecast for monthly sales to give support the Purchasing Department and ensure the sales value and profitability target for each month.
Prepare Sales Quotations and provide the customers, prepare Sales Invoice and ensure just-in-time delivery to the customers.
Facilitate the Purchasing and Logistic Department to ensure the efficient supply chain and mitigate the risk factors to the company.
Responsible for branding support to keep the Company Brand Image.
