Work Experience● Providing Support to on-site activities to ensure that equipment is correct, safely and reliably returned to operation. ● Daily maintenance related activities - Manpower management, Shift activity, planning, monitoring. Supervising, the plant activities to carry out smooth. ● Planning & implementing various preventive &predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to increase its reliability. Planning of critical equipment overhauling and shutdown job activities. ● Validate Abismo – CM, PM & BM data entry to maintain its integrity and completeness. Ensure that all pending jobs are promptly entered into Abismo -PM system. ● Vibration measurement of rotary equipment, condition monitoring by LLF, Daily checklist & Temperature measurement & Vibration Analyze. ● Coordination with RCA team. Review repetitive failure & Applying to learn from RCA to proactively increase the reliability of other assets. |
