Work Experience Lead a team of 32 staffs coordinating with the Electrical, Electronics and Civil department.
Maintenance of HVAC systems including Split Air Conditioning units, chillers, VRV Units, AHU, FCU, Fresh Air Fan and Exhaust fan, axial fans, induction fans, pressurization and jet fans, ecology unit
Maintenance of plumbing, drainage system of the building includes piping accessories, Pumps, grease oil interceptor
Maintenance of firefighting systems such as fire pumps, breeching inlet, and fire hose reel, fire extinguishers, and fire rated doors, FM200
Maintenance of washer,drier,boiler,Air compressor, ironer
Maintenance of electrical equipment’s and generators, BMS
Manage Cleaning & housekeeping of building services
Planning maintenance equipment’s and building to ensure perfect condition
Manage preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance
Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly progress report, Incident Reports, & Utility reports.
Arrange trainings for team, safe work procedure implementation
Conduct meeting with clients for discuss work progress
Coordinating with department while preparation of SOPs for maintenance
Liaison with client and make sure a smooth operation of facilities and provide quality service
Negotiation with contractors to reduce the cost of services
Perform inspections of the facility to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility
Maintain inventory for spare parts, tools and order items as necessary.
Ensuring day to day operations of staff in accordance with their job descriptions
Coordinate and follow-up maintenance Analysis Diagnosing breakdown problems
Coordinate with supplier and procurement team for material delivery
Prepare snag & condition survey reports for new project
Tool box training to staffs about workplace safety, company policy
Managing vendors contract for their services.
Inspect subcontractor works and ensure works are executed in efficient manner

Prepare offers, monitor and control costs ensuring all expenditure is undertaken within approved budget.
Approval of permit to work,LOTO,method statement and risk assessment,HSE
Conduct audit for equipment & assets.
Performed facility inspections and reported on conditions affecting operations, monitored and supervised HVAC and mechanical maintenance, formulated and submitted summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommended actions to be taken.
